Nissan Australia today announced its zero emission electric vehicle, the Nissan LEAF, would go on sale in June next year priced at $51,500.

Mad Max, your new Pursuit Special is here: the Nissan Juke-R Concept. You don't get a fake supercharger poking out of the bonnet, but what you do get is the Nissan GT-R's V6 engine with a pair of very real turbochargers.

In Juke-R form, the big six punches out 358kW - down 47kW on the newly-updated 2012 GT-R, but more than twice the power of the regular Juke's range-topping 140kW four-cylinder heart.
